An Open Letter to ALL Lucas County Republicans
We are here for one purpose: ELECTING REPUBLICANS. Period.
Fellow Republicans,
We are deeply disappointed in the ongoing conduct of both the Party leadership and the Central Committee of the Republican Party in Lucas County. Instead of working together, finding common ground, and focusing on what truly matters - winning elections - they continue to operate in conflict.
Both bodies share responsibility for this failure. At the first organizational meeting, both elected chairpersons committed to unifying the party. That commitment has not been honored. Rather than demonstrating leadership and cooperation, this internal conflict has now spilled into the public arena.
This behavior is unacceptable. At a time when our focus should be on the upcoming primary and supporting our candidates, you have instead created unnecessary division and distraction. The damage to the party is significant. Donors are hesitating. Candidates are being alienated. Voters are questioning your credibility.
It is time for leadership, accountability, and unity! The priority must return to winning elections and strengthening the party—not continuing internal disputes.
We are here for one purpose: ELECTING REPUBLICANS. Period.
Everything else - infighting, accusations, endless email chains—is a distraction that weakens us and hands advantage to our opposition.
Get together. Cooperate. Refocus. Win.
We will continue to work toward that goal—and we should expect the same from each of you.

Momentum, Pride, and Prosperity: Why This State of the Union Matters
Last night’s State of the Union reminded us what strong leadership looks like. From honoring the USA hockey team to highlighting a surging economy, the President laid out a bold vision for America’s future. Now the mission is clear: protect this momentum, win in November, and give this administration the full four years needed to finish the job.
The Blade solved Ohio’s statewide leadership crisis
Breaking News: The Blade has officially solved Ohio’s statewide leadership crisis by reassigning Toledo’s mayor. In a recent editorial, the paper confidently concluded that the solution to Ohio’s future is simple: move the Toledo mayor onto the Acton ticket. Just a tidy political reassignment.
